VINTAGE HAMILTON 992E POCKET WATCH. Bar Over Crown – Masonic Case. IN GREAT OVERALL CONDITION. A NICE AMERICAN TIME PIECE. Please read the item description and Item Specifics carefully. IMAGES FORM A MAJOR PART OF THE DESCRIPTION. 16s – 21 Jewels. Weight: 10 0 grams. Ruby Jewels in gold settings. Adjusted – Yes + 5 Positions + Temperature. Standard Dial: Double sunk. Estimated Production Date : 1935 = 82 years young! Pendant Wind – Lever Set. The movement is clean and running very well. Monitored (18hrs) keeping excellent time. The double sunk boxcar enamel dial has 2 very faint hairlines from the centre. At the 7 o’clock position there is a small chip, no nibbles and in good shape. The blue steel hands in good condition and display a deep blue colour. The crown is in fine condition and so is the bar and bow. The glass crystal is clear and no scratches. The 10k Wadsworth gold filled is in good condition. Displays a couple of small dings on the rear cover. Rear cover has a Masonic symbol. I’m told the symbol represents a “Past Master”. I know nothing about Masonic symbols. Maybe someone can verify this? Inside the rear cover there is an inscription that reads. Presented to Bernard H Weber by Roosevelt Lodge 716.
