WALTHAM Rare 1874 Chronograph 14s 14K Solid Gold Hunter pocket watch Heavy Case
This is a Waltham Model 1874 Chronograph in a 14k solid gold Hunter Case. The watch is currently not running, and is a good candidate for a light restoration. The movement looks is very nice, and will need service. He case covers open and close properly. The case is approximately 50mm (2 inches) at the smallest diameter, excluding the bow and winding stem. From the base to the top of the bow measures approximately 73mm. The front and back covers both opens to 90 degrees or less. The case is in excellent condition, and hallmarked A. The dial is pristine with no hairlines. The crystal is like new. The total weight of this watch is 114.2 grams, or 73.5 Dwt. I have tried to take pictures of all the important features.
