Model 15, 22 jewels, Size 16. Stem wind and set. Ball Regulator, Adjusted to 5 Positions. Dial: Metal sunken dial, no hairlines, no chips. Crystal is in good condition. Case: open face case. The bow is nice and tight. The case shows normal pocket wear. Both front & back covers screw on and off easily with a good seal. Inside of back cover: It says, Cased and Timed by Elgin National Watch Co. PLEASE CAREFULLY LOOK BACK AT THE PICTURES.
