Avery Grade 59, Gilt Key Wind Pocket Watch, Avery marked Case. Currently Winds, Sets & Runs, and appears to be Keeping Time (service history unknown so accuracy not guaranteed). Have had it running on the bench for the last 6 hours and pretty close to spot-on, a very old antique so absolutely no Guarantees on Longevity. Hard to find these cased at the Best of Times, Movement Looks Stunning for 147 Years Old. A Nice Original Piece in My Opinion, Doubl e signed, Case & Movement Signed “Avery”. Still has Nice Gilt Plates for its Age (can have age blemishes, scratches & the like, see photos and judge for yourself). Solid Nickel Balance as it Should Be!! Still has its Correct signed Enamel Dial without Sink (faint hairlines see photos), Dial Still Looks Great. Nice Spade Hands (see photos), Serviceable Glass Crystal (see photos). Housed in a Very Nice Elgin National Watch Co Signed & Marked “Avery” Hinged Bezel Key-wind Case. (it is antique possible blemishes, dings and rub marks, see photos & conditions of sale). Coin Silver Case has the Original Patina from Old-age, I will leave that up to who buys it to decide if to clean it or not!
