We only sell 100% AUTHENTIC items. This watch has one of the most beautiful and ornate cases we’ve seen. It was made in the 1930s at the height of Art Deco/Nouveau Era and thus it is highly decorated with geometric patterns. This particular specimen comes with beautifully made 14K solid gold hunting case with full engraved front and back covers. In fact, the linear engravings were done with such craftsmanship the case to appear as if it is a 14K white gold+yellow gold two tone case. The movement of 38 M. Is a rarely used one in a watch of this size at 51mm, this was used to create a very thin case profile for this watch. The thickness is less than 7mm for a hunting cased watch. Condition-wise the watch runs well but we cannot guarantee timekeeping accuracy or longevity as we don’t know its service history. Cosmetically the case is in excellent original condition with no ding/dent and just a few scratches from opening marks. Even the bow is original and all of the engravings are intact. The case/pendant/bow was never polished so all of the engravings/engine-turning is super sharp. Dial and movement have a few occaional specks or discoloration probably from not being cleaned for a long time.
