18K Solid Gold Swiss Pocket Watch…. Circa 1870 by Breitling-Laederich…. Full Hunter Style, high polish 18K case (stamped and tested)…. Thos A Elbling is engraved on the front cover…. The case measures 50 mm diameter, 14 mm thick, and has some light dings and scratches…. The total weight of case and movement is 104.6 grams…. All 3 hinges are functioning properly…. The bright white dial is pristine with no chips, cracks, or hairlines…. The dial has long narrow black Roman numerals at the hour positions, Arabic / hash marks at the minute positions, and a sub seconds dial at 6 o’clock…. The 15 jewel manual movement is in working order….. Script engraving at the bottom of the inside cuvette cover reads FROM HIS FATHER.
