Antique 1909 Thomas Russell & Son Sterling Hunter Case Pocket Watch. This Antique pocket watch is made by Thomas Russell & Son, the maker to the Queen. Dial is in superb all original condition showing almost no signs of wear. The watch is made of Sterling Silver. This is a classic hunter case. Real old world class at its best. The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is the Sterling Silver made by the English watch case maker Dennison. The case has some gentle unevenness but overall is very acceptable for a 1909 piece. The plastic lens is in good condition. The dial is signed Thomas Russell & Son, Liverpool, Swiss Made. It is in very nice condition with blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track. Circa: 19000s Case: Marked with Lion; for Sterling Anchor for Birmingham Small k for 1909 A.
