Silver dial lever fusee open face sterling silver case dated 1848
Here is an English made lever fusee movement in it’s original sterling silver open face case. The case is in very nice condition with no dings. The lids open to 90 degrees and all lids shut tight. The hinges are very good. The dial is pure silver with gold roman numerals and is in very good condition. The hands are in good condition, but looks like they were painted gold. The crystal has no scratches. The movement is lever fusee with a diamond. End stone in very good working condition. This watch is key wind and set set. (comes with a key)The case size is across 48mm with bow 68mm. This watch has not been overhauled. FAULTS; I can see that it is missing the movement dust cover and the hands have been painted. Other wise in beautiful condition. OVERALL: A very nice silver dial fusee pocket watch dated to 1848.
