Up for sale is an exceptional antique 16s Elgin Father Time Rail Road pocket watch that is all original (except for the minute hand). It is a Grade 388, and was made in 1917. It has a beautiful high grade movement with 21 ruby jewels and is in the original case which is beautifully decorated and in almost mint condition! Movement : This watch runs great and keeps very good time. The beautiful lever set Rail Road grade movement is the original and in very good condition. It has a double roller and has 21 jewels, adjusted to 5 positions. It has lovely ruby jewels and sapphire pallets, gold screw settings, gold center wheel and gold balance weights! A really beautiful movement! Dial : The original double sunk dial is in very good condition, with just a very slight hairline. The hour hand is the original although the minute hand has been replaced. Case : The beautiful original gold filled B & B case is nicely decorated and in almost mint condition.
