M ALSO IN FIRST CLASS CONDITION HALLMARKED LONDON 1848 SAME AS THE OTHER CASE. All the hinges and clips work well on the cases. The enamel dial is nice condition with the makers name EDWARD PRIOR LONDON. (SLIGHT REPAIR TO 3-4 AND CENTRE). Very fine black hands that look original. The glass is VERY high domed. The fire gilt movement look just like the day it left the work shop. Back plate is signed by the maker EDWARD PRIOR LONDON. The watch is running well +or- 1-2 minuets per hour. This watch has just had a service. With a very fine engraved balance cock a silver silver Tompion regulator, GREAT PRIOR pillars. The watch will come with a key. Just great to have such an amazing and interesting watch that is as good as this one, and it just has every thing one could want on a fine verge watch, very hard to find a watch in this condition with all that it has going for it.
