A superB Antique silver pair case Verge Fusee Pocket watch. Perfectly working verge fusee movement with a beautiful pierced. And engraved balance bridge , the movement is signed with Gothic style. Letters, sorry but I cant read the name from the maker. Maybe someone else knows whats written there? The movement winds smoothly and runs with a great motion in all positions. The whole chain down, keeps reasonable verge time. The dial and the crystal glass are in a very good condition. The Sterling Silver watch cases are made by the watch case maker. William Lindsley of London, initials WL with deer trade mark. The cases are clearly identical hallmarked for the city London. Year letter C what stands for the year 1818. The cases are clean and bright, all covers closing nice and tight. Across 58mm, including bow 79mm. Thick 23mm, weight 134 grams. Overall this is really a beautiful Sterling silver genuine Antique. 200 year old verge watch. In a fine working condition. Will be delivered with a fitting key, and an extra key set of 14 pcs.
