M (watchmaker) PALMER Clare from England. Its age is near 180 years old and it is in lovely condition. The silver Cases are in excellent condition, all catches and hinges working correctly. The Chain driven Verge Movement is beautifuly pierced and signed by PALMER CLARE with serial numbered 75002, it winds well, with the Key suppled, runs strongly and keeps good time. PALMER is listed in “Watchmakers and Clockmakers of the World” as being active in London from 1781 to early 19th Century.
