Verge Fusee champleve dial Silver Pair Cased Pocket Watch. This is a lovely example of an early champleve dial pocket watch. It was made I’m between 1690 and 1700 and is all original and in working order. The case is made from silver and stamped with the silversmith “LD” we don’t know who that was as the silver records office burned down many years ago and all the records went with it. But the case its self is a pair case. Overall they are in good condition. This is a champleve dial and is totally original it has got the watchmakers name on the front (rodet) and where it was made (London). All the original wax is still in place and the dial has not been over rubbed. The watch still has its original hand as well which are made from pierced blue steel. This is an exceptional movement that is of the finest quality. It has Egyptian pillars and a verge escarpment. The parts are all original in the movement and the balance cock is lovely. The watch has recently been serviced and keeps fantastic time overall this is a lovely watch. The watch will come with a winding key. I will post with tracking and signing for I will also make sure it is packed well. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
