Comes with the antique pocket watch and chain presentation case, box, as shown. Slides move up and down the 16 length, tassels are complete. Box is in excellent form, gold-embossed London etiquette inside. (pocket watch shown for ambiance, does not go with this set of chain and box). Very good condition throughout. The box is superb, likely c. 1830-50, silk velvet nap is lush and full, and gold-embossed beautifully. Very slight warp to front (it is wood beneath the cover and linings). Silk sating and velvet interior made to hold a watch 40mm. Measurements noted on photos. The one notation is that there ought to also be an anchor bar, I believe, hooked to the one section of larger chain, which would be inserted into a vest buttonhole. I have an extra one of those and will include it with this offering, but you will need to have a single chain link to attach it. I’m sorry I didn’t picture it. It does match and makes the watch chain functional in all respects. The watch clasp is excellent. Some parts are gold plated in 10k and 14k gold. The slender chain is not, but shows brightly. The box is, itself, a valuable antique. Someone will have a showpiece with these and their own gold watch! We’re easy to deal with. You are very important! Our fine inventory is very important.
