Antique pocket watch from the late 1800′s.. MOVEMENT SIGNED: American Watch Co. See pictures for additional movement markings. CASE SIGNED: Philadelphia Watch Case Co. From what I have found online this is a 16s 15j. Nickel finish on the movement. The movement was made in 1891 and is a model 1888. The case is silverode. CASE CONDITION: The glass has no cracks or scuffs but the inside of the glass could use a cleaning. Some signs of age on the case but it still has the crown and loop. Both the front and back covers screw on and off as needed. MOVEMENT CONDITION: All three hands are still on the watch. I can tell that the stem is not functioning. So, I couldnt get it to adjust or run. Total width of the case is 2 from side to side not including the crown. TOTAL WEIGHT: 86.4g.
