Up for sale is this gorgeous antique. Elgin National Watch Co hunter case pocket watch. Case made of coin silver by Dueber. Marked on all three covers: dial and two movement covers. Case number is 207978, movement number – 3448252 which is according to archive – 1889. Movement is seven (7) jewels size 18. Runs great, probably needs some adjustment. There is a tiny almost invisible hairline crack on the face enamel at hour 7. And tiny little chip between hour 6 and 7 marks. Remnants of engraving on front (no mono) and back. Diameter of the watch without winding tart – 58mm. Diameter of the face is 46mm. Total weight – 167.8 grams! Pendant Wind, Lever Set.
