Antique 1920 Illinois Grade 305 17J 16s 14k Solid Gold Hunter Case Pocket Watch. 17 Jewel Grade 305 Model 6 Movement. Diameter 48.9 mm. Double sunk white enamel dial with A. Rabic numerals and outer red 5-minute markers. 14k solid gold, engine turned and engraved hunting case. Total weight: 83.53 grams. MOVEMENT : When fully wound and placed on a timegrapher in the dial up position for one minute it shows the watch gaining approximately +3 seconds per day. Fine scratches on plates. Specs of oxide on steelwork. A bit dirty and could use a cleaning. CASE : Shallow dents on front and back. Cuvette has several creases. Very fine scratches on inner and outer surfaces of case. Light wear to engraving detail. Moderate wear to crown. CRYSTAL : Plastic crystal has some small scratches. DIAL : Numerous hairlines with most visible near 3 and 8. Small chip at edge concealed by bezel. HANDS : Inconsistent bluing on minute hand. Seconds hand has been replaced. 17.5, 39.0, 58.0. 18.0, 53.0.
