18s Illinois Hunter Case signed Imperial Watch Co. Chicago, Fancy Gilt Movement
A gorgeous antique Illinois pocket watch for sale, watch winds, sets and runs smoothly. Original porcelain dial is in excellent condition and has ornate script, I learned that there was only a few of these watches made with Imperial Watch Co. On the dial which was a company out of Chicago, the movement is gorgeous and ornate, a transitional key wind or stem wind. Watch has been keeping time for hours now but I have not checked this watch for precise accuracy and accuracy is not guaranteed. Case is a beautiful 20 year gold filled case in great condition, bezel fits tight and the crystal is glass not plastic.
