Pocket Watch Case

1927 Elgin Gr 345 12s 17j Pocket Watch OF PS SW. Although this watch is running and currently keeping time, I have not had it cleaned or serviced. 12s Illinois Watch Case Co. Inside back cover is marked: Double stock made of two plates of solid gold over composition. Case back has a couple of dents/impressions. Case crystal is basically round, but the case has facets that give it a geometric shape. Front of watch case is showing some metal wear on the facet corners. Blued watch hands are in decent shape with some minor age wear. The watch face is showing some age wear on the outer edges near the numbers. There is some metal wear on the top of the winding stem.
