1911 Elgin Pocket Watch Movement Fahys Nickel Silver Case withGold Flowers
The watch movement was made by Elgin National Company It has a pendant type wind and set. It is a size 16s with 15 jewels. The movement is decorated with damaskeening. It features a nickle silver Hunter case made by Fahy’s. Both sides of the pocket watch case are embellished. One side has a scroll for engraving initials surrounded by pink and yellow gold flowers. The other side is etched with a farm house in the woods with the same floral border as on the front. It is not working. The front hinge of the case is broken and there are remnants of solder from where it was repaired. One of the hands is broken and the hand from the second hand is missing.
