Interesting railroad engraving on the back. Elgin National Watch Co. MOVEMENT SIGNED: Elgin National Watch Co. USA, 15 Jewels, and 20509736. See pictures for additional movement markings. CASE SIGNED: Defiance and 2216700. From what I found online regarding this specific watch: Grade 313, Model 7, 1918, 16s, 15J, and Ruby jewels. CASE CONDITION: The glass has no cracks or scuffs. Light signs of age at most as seen in pictures. MOVEMENT CONDITION: All three hands are still on the watch. The time can be set. The watch doesnt wind or run. It may need oiling or maintenance.
