Pocket Watch Case

Dueber Hampden Pocket Watch Movement Dealer Display Case 16s 18s 45mm inside Vtg. With the front cover off the inside diameter of the case opening is 45mm, I would assume that indicates 18s but since the difference between 18s and 16s is pretty small I’m not sure about the measuring conventions of those two sizes. The crystals have scratches (there is also a spot of hard sticker residue on the front crystal in the center area), on that front cover besides that sticker residue (which is pretty stubborn I was able to get most of it off with lighter fluid and rubbing with my finger), that is also a longish arc shaped scratch or scuff (in the photos it was hard to capture this, you can see the horizontal overhead light and I took the photos so the blemishes would show up in that overhead light reflection). There is an edge chip to the back crystal. The crown moves easily. The case has oxidation patches and wear. The outside diameter of the case is 53mm (not including the crown). The thickness of the case including the crystals is 21.5mm. I tried to measure the thickness of the case not including the covers, it’s somewhere between 7mm and 8mm (I think 8mm from front to back edge).
