Rare Dudley Masonic Pocket Watch Series 1 with original case and documentation
This is a very rare Dudley Masonic Pocket Watch. It belonged to my great-grandfather, who was a 32nd degree Mason and was the sheriff of Lake County, Ohio. He passed away in 1957, and a few years earlier this watch entered a safety deposit box and has stayed there since. If you’re looking at this listing you probably already know a lot about these watches. If not, google “Dudley Masonic pocket watch history”. The watch does NOT currently work. We’re not sure if it did when it was placed in the box. We have not done any repairs or cleaning (at least since it’s been in the box). It was manufactured between 1920 and 1925. Very few were made and very few entered the market. The front plastic on the watch face is loose. There is a rip on the back of the case. It is a 19 jewel, 14k gold watch.
