Absolutely gorgeous specimen, 14k gold filled Wadworth case. Art Deco style, intricate work. Door opens and snaps closed but it does push closed slowly, so not sure about hinge quality. I do not know anything about the functionality. Wadsworth case serial number searched and found to be 14kt gold filled. Absolutely gorgeous, but will need fixed by an expert. 1.5in wide face.
